Classes led by Natalie Parker, "Nat Zumba"

STEP AEROBICS: Thursdays 6:15-6:50pm $7* Step right up for a fun fitness-party!  Increase your cardio and calorie burn, while adding moves that define, sculpt and strengthen your legs and glutes!  Anyone is welcome!  Using a step platform makes it a lot of fun but it is not a requirement.  Feel free to take the class and execute the workout entirely on the floor.  You will still feel the benefits and have a blast!  If you do wish to bring a step, please also bring a yoga mat to avoid slipping.  Proper footwear is also required for your safety.  No sock feet.

ZUMBA TONING: Thursdays 7:00-7:30pm $7* The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks (or 1-2 lb. weights) helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!  We will tone and target specific zones, including arms, core and lower body.  Enhance your sense of rhythm, coordination and balance.  This class is perfect for anyone!  The sticks or weights are not a requirement.  Even 2, 16 oz. water bottles would work!  We ask that you do not go higher than 2.5 lbs because shaking weights higher than this might cause injury.  This is a dance-based class, although anyone can participate and benefit.

*$10 to participate in both STEP and TONING (back to back) classes

ZUMBA®/DANCE FITNESS: Saturdays 10-11am $5 Perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together and take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party like no other. Once the  playlist takes over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.  Super effective and super fun!  A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.  ALL ARE WELCOME!
