Wagnalls Performing Arts Series
Bringing a variety of entertainment for your appreciation
The Wagnalls Memorial is delighted to revive the annual performing arts series that was once produced the by the
Lithopolis Area Fine Arts Association (LAFAA) nearly two decades ago.
The 2022-23 series in made possible with grant from the Fairfield County Foundation, Ann Chess Fund.
2022-23 Program
- October 14 at 7 pm: Hamfist, rock covers from the Beatles and Billy Joel
- November 4-6 and 11-13: Wagnalls Community Theater presents Little Shop of Horrors
(Friday & Saturday evenings at 7:30 pm, Sundays at 2 pm)
- February 17 at 7 pm: The Singing Buckeyes Chorus, an extraordinary group celebrating of the art form known as barbershop music
- March 10 at 7 pm: Columbus Guitar Society, a non-profit organization for the promotion of the art of the classical guitar. Come and enjoy the sound of a dozen or more classical guitars playing at the same time, as well as trios, duets and solos.
- April 21-23 and 28-30: Wagnalls Community Theater presents Death by Chocolate
(Friday & Saturday evenings at 7:30 pm, Sundays at 2 pm)
- May 19 at 7 pm: Swing's the Thing, a 16 piece big band based in Central Ohio. Buy Tickets
- May 29 at 1 pm: Andy & Judy, talented folk duo performs regularly at coffeehouses, festivals, libraries, and stages where they have been featured artists, openers and headliners. This FREE performance is part of our Memorial Day festivities!
Ticket prices may vary. Tickets can be purchased online by following the calendar link from the home page of our website or our Facebook event.
Tickets may also be purchased in person in the library prior to the performance or at the door with cash, check, or credit.
